The colors are deep and just stunning in this alpaca and wool yarn. It knits and crochets beautifully. This is a Great Lakes Fibers custom designed and dyed, heavy worsted weight, alpaca & wool yarn. I sourced the alpaca from my own shorn animals and local farms and the wool was also sourced locally. It was processed one state away. We hand-dyed the resulting fawn based yarn here in the GLF textile arts studio. Made in the USA
